Hello! With the recent increase in screen time over the past few years, and especially during the current pandemic, people need to be aware of how much time they spend glued to their screens! This website is designed to encourage you to take breaks in between online activities by timing them. This project was made for MakeSPP.
This is a 25-minute timer, based on the Pomodoro technique. Studies say that your brain works at the most optimal level if you work on your assignments in 25-minute bursts and taking 5-minute bursts in between. After the 25-minute timer, TakeABreak! Stretch out, drink some water, or take a look outside. It's important to take care of yourself!
